Who we are

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us.
- Contact form. Your name, email, phone, company, team size, the topic you choose and your message.
- Bookings. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter and shares them with us.
- Other conversations. Anything you send us by email, phone or in person, such as your job title, mailing address or details about your business.
- Promotions and referrals. Your contact information, and the business contact information of any company you refer.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, access time and referring page, to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold the conversation you asked for, prepare proposals, provide services if you become a client, and tell you about other Purple Bunny services that may be useful. We do not sell, rent or lease your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Promotions and referrals
If you enter a promotion or referral program, we use your information and any referral information you provide to run the promotion, contact referred businesses, verify eligibility, select and notify winners, deliver prizes, and meet tax-reporting obligations. Each promotion also has its own official rules.
If you refer a business, you confirm you have a good-faith reason to believe it would welcome hearing from us. Please share business contact information only, not sensitive personal information. A referred business can ask us to stop contacting it at any time.
Email and other messages
We may email you with replies, confirmations, announcements, offers and surveys, and we may contact referred businesses by email, phone or text. Our email system may tell us when a message is opened or a link is clicked, which helps us improve what we send. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at info@purplebunny.tech. We honor opt-out requests and follow applicable marketing laws.

- Calendly handles call scheduling.
- Vercel hosts this website.
These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us, and each handles it under its own privacy terms. Client support requests use our separate support portal and email.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, track mouse movements or scrolling, or show retargeting ads. Calendly and other services we link to may set their own cookies when you use them. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
When we may disclose it
We may disclose your information without notice if the law requires it, or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with legal process, to protect the rights or property of Purple Bunny, or to protect the personal safety of our clients, site visitors or the public.
How we protect it
This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records while they are useful for an ongoing conversation or client relationship, then delete or archive them. Clients' records are kept as their agreement requires, and promotion records as tax rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@purplebunny.tech.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as our support portal, booking page and the sources cited in our articles. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes
